Email Integration V 1.0

Thanks again for helping to test the email integration on STAR-TIDES. It has taken me a few days and a couple discussions with the main developer at DrupalCon, but we finally found the missing piece. The new code had been updated to cover a use case that broke ours :-) I have a patch applied and it is working well enough for me to call it version 1.0 and enable it for our upcoming release.

Please keep the feedback coming and we will make it better.

Please note the next email feature I would like to test more
thoroughly is the digest mode. So if you are signed up to receive a
daily or weekly email digest please let me know how it works/looks in
your email. And remember that you can not reply to comment from a
digest - they are read only.
