Independent & removable chambers
Each arch chamber is completely independent and is fastened to the shelter roof attachment strip with nylon fastenings.
This ensures damage to one chamber does not affect the other chambers and enables the complete removal of any arch chamber for servicing or infield replacement.

The weight of each AirShelter varies depending on the material selected for the inflatable chambers.
5.0m x 5.0m AirShelter total weight options:
1000gsm PVC inflatable chambers = 100kg
630gsm PVC inflatable chambers = 85kg

7.5m x 5.0m AirShelter total weight options:
1000gsm PVC inflatable chambers = 130kg
630gsm PVC inflatable chambers = 110kg

Standard equipment kit = 11kg

Stable shape
The AirShelter is semicircular in design providing the most stable form available for stability in high winds and the ablity to relocate when inflated.

Wind loads
The AirShelter will withstand the following constant wind loads.
With ground skirt pegged: 30 knots, 15m/s, 34mph
With optional storm guys deployed: 40-45knots, 20-22m/s, 45-51mph

Training
The AirShelter is easily installed by two persons using the comprehensive Installation Manual provided. Should training by Covertex personnel be required this will be provided at airfare and accommodation costs and daily charge.
